Issue: The dedicated database API is currently offline. Users may experience errors when provisioning dedicated databases or executing administrative commands such as pg:psql. We are investigating the issue.
Customer databases are NOT affected.

18 May 2012 07:47am (GMT): We are having major network stability issue affecting all our SLC clouds at the moment. Onsite Engineers are working on addressing the issue currently.
The problem with the memcache add-on has been identified and fixed.
Issue: We’re investigating errors with the memcache add-on related to provisioning/deprovsioning and are working with the add-on provider to resolve the issue.
