This message is to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance, which may affect your service with us.
Clouds Affected: UPDATED: ATL-D + ATL-E
Maintenance Start Time: 2 AM GMT, 17th May 2012
Maintenance Completion Time: 6 AM GMT, 17th May 2012
Total Time: 4 Hours
Summary:
UPDATE: To facilitate the addition of the new and improved HP SAN solution, we are having to extend the maintenance window.
Will be performing the following maintenance on ATL-D and ATL-E to install the HP SANS. During this time VMs will be powered down and unavailable. This is to allow for the physical installation of the HP SANS. Once the maintenance is complete VMs will be restarted.

Maintenance started 12 May 2012 23:31 GMT We are performing maintenance on SAN 5 in our London C cloud. Power actions in this cloud have been disabled. Estimated time till power on is 30-40 minutes.

May 12 2012 09:20 (GMT) There is a network outage affecting the clouds located at Manchester, Paris, and Frankfurt. Our Engineers are still investigating the cause of this outage, and we will be posting more details soon when we learn more.

May 11 2012 13:55 GMT We experienced a brief outage with this SAN. Our L3 Engineers were able to resolve the issue quickly and we are now restarting all affected VPSs. We estimate that service will be restored in about 30 minutes.

May 11 2012 09:40 GMT All VPSs on SLC-C are offline due to our SLC-C SAN1 being offline.
Our Engineers have identified the issue and are working to resolve the issue.
May 11 2012 09:55 GMT UPDATE: Our Engineers are starting VPSs now, after finding the source of the error. Further work might be needed later.
