Our datacenter in Seattle is currently performing facility maintenance. All services will be re-routed to alternate facilities. No service impact is expected by this maintenance and all services will continue to operate as normal.  Users who are normally routed to our Seattle facility will automatically be re-routed to the closest alternate facility.

Due to an unforeseen hardware issue in Seattle at approximately 0216UTC, there was a brief window where some users might have had increased latency and packet loss.

We are currently performing emergency database maintenance.  DNS services aren’t affected but preference updates may be delayed.

We’ll be performing extensive maintenance at our New York site. The maintenance will start at 14:00 UTC Tuesday March 20th till approximately 14:00 UTC Wednesday March 21st.

We will be re-routing the site and all services. All users will automatically be re-routed to alternate facilities and no services will be impacted by this maintenance.

We will continue to post status updates here while the maintenance is taking place.

One of our upstream providers has suffered a router failure and as a result, there may have been some packet loss to our Chicago, Washington DC and Miami data centers. We have re-routed our traffic while they work to fix the problem.
